Getting better matches and traction with MatchMaker

How does MatchMaker work?

We thought it would be a good idea to elaborate on and clearly explain how some of the algorithms work, so you will first understand what they do and secondly, receive more accurate matches.

MatchMaker is based on five (5) major scoring factors: Application quality, Match quality Service, Engagement, and Traction. Simply put, the higher the score, the better the service and matching with higher-scoring companies will be.

The best recommendation we can give is to be responsive. Data shows that responsive firms have higher chances of finding a match. If your firm does not receive traction, we recommend reviewing your preferences and data again. Another suggestion is to be sensitive to your selection. You do not need to approve everything, but only those that are aligned with your vision and needs.

You are welcome to share any additional feedback, ideas, or feature requests with us. We continuously strive to improve our algorithm and service to assist you in finding promising partners, and startups for investment.

Greetings and best wishes.

Amos and the MatchMaker Team.
